I woke up today in awe. Last night I put out a story that was confined within my mind for a while now. It was late & I was beyond nervous. I was scared of being judged, embarrassed, or just flat out not good enough. Within minutes I received so many messages and such tremendous support from so many people, those that I’m close to, and some I haven’t seen in years! It meant everything to me to not only be heard but to hear others’ stories as well. To know that I’m not alone in this and that I’ve reached people, even just a little bit. Best part is, so many people said they read it in my voice 😂 and that is amazing to me because I want my writing to resonate with who I am. I’ve opened up to the social media world, and thanks to all of you - this is just the beginning. Thank you all so much for your support. And the tips 💰 😂 And just taking the time to read my writing (along with my long sappy message right now 😭) okay I’m going to go cry now (a good cry!!) and continue working towards the things I love.
